Paul O'Neill

I am a Delivery Manager at Singularity Limited, a leading supplier of Workflow, Business Process Management (BPM) and Case Management technology and supporting services. My particular focus is on the public sector, and as Singularity is headquartered in the UK, much of my work is influenced by the challenges facing the UK public sector.

Our products and services are deployed across local, regional and central  government, enabling public sector employees to deliver on key public sector outcomes. In my interactions with frontline staff, I am continuously interested in discovering more about the ongoing challenges they face, and how both our technology and methodology can then help to rapidly deliver in light of those challenges.
