Stephen is the General Manager for the Government & Health markets at Esri UK with responsibility for the strategic direction and performance of the business. His UK based team covers central, local and devolved government providing geo enabled desktop, online and cloud services. Stephen is currently developing advanced location intelligence for the core cities, regional government, public health and the transport markets.
