Upcoming Civil Service World Events

Civil Service World and the Post Office are working together to host a week-long series of free-to-attend seminars for public servants that explore some of the challenges facing government and offer a platform for discussing best practice. Notable speakers from a wide range of public and private enterprises are speaking at each event to lend their unique perspectives in tackling these problems and the solutions they devised.

Topics include:

• Digital by default, putting users at the heart of the channel shift agenda
• Where next for digital inclusion?
• Post Office network transformation
• The new landscape of government communications
• Tacking social and financial exclusion
• Delivering local services
• New ways to work with external partners
