Hi,
I am booked on to Day 3 of CSL, specifically to attend The Change Programme and Beyond session ( I am currently working in the HMRC Change Programme), however when I try to choose this session it does not appear on the selection list.
Is the session fully booked or are there no restrictions on the numbers attending this particular session?

Hi Penny,
Yes that session is at capacity. However you may still be able to attend the session, but priority will given to those who have already registered for the session. I hope this helps. All the best Dan

Owing to work commitments I have had to change the timing of sessions I plan to attend. But I cannot see how to deregister from sessions previously booked. Please advise.

I'm watching the video feed from the Open Data session but can't get sufficient volume to hear what's being said. Just wondering whether the problem could be at your end, since I'm using the same setup as yesterday?

Hi Neil, thanks for the feedback, we asked the tech guys to look into and they will increase the volume levels on the live feed.
