ARTIST: OVERTHROW
Through three years of extensive touring Overthrow have amassed a large local fan base and a loyal following throughout the UK. They have toured with the like of The Toasters, JB Conspiracy, Nizlopi, The Skints, Voodoo Glow Skulls , Sonic Boom Six, Random Hand & The Lawrence Arms.
In the summer of 2008 Overthrow recorded their 6 track EP “So Much Power, So Little Time”. This was self-released in the winter of the same year. Named “Demo Of The Month” in ‘Big Cheese Magazine’ their track “Roll Of The Dice” was also included on the “Best Of 2008” compilation alongside bands such as Slipknot, The Gaslight Anthem, Cancer Bats and more.
Overthrow started 2010 with a new drummer and a new vitality, quickly concocting six musical juggernauts that would later become the ‘A Ghost in the Machine EP’ – recorded by legendary Leeds based producer James Kenosha (Grammatics/Pulled Apart by Horses).

ARTIST: The Words
The Words are a 4 piece indie band based in Manchester who are developing an exciting reputation as one of the top up and coming bands in the country by combining an incredible passion for music with the ability to create 'music for the masses', songs that are instantly recognisable and undeniably infectious. Drawing on an enormous range of influences from David Bowie through to The Strokes, The Words have managed to create their own unique style of music that both entertains and excites.
Over the past 12 months The Words have opened the Incoming Festival at The Fly in London and performed nearly 100 gigs at venues around the UK culminating in a recent sell out performance headlining at Academy 3 in Manchester. The band’s music has also been recognised with ‘Drum for a Soul’ being licensed for an independent film, ‘Caroline’ being selected for Microsoft’s recent sponsored song program to promote Windows 7 and ‘Under the Sun’ being featured by Mercedes-Benz in their mixtape promotion. ‘Under the Sun’ was also recently “introduced” by Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music. The Words have recently their first record deal with Phoenixx Records and are working on their first studio album which will be released later in the year.

ARTIST: CARLY
Based in the Midlands, UK. Carly is a singer / songwriter. Carly has recently recorded Crazy Baby, Insane with two London based songwriters Dean Muscat and David Mackeeg with more exciting material to follow. Crazy Baby, Insane was recently introduced on BBC Hereford and Worcester's Friday session.
Carly will feature on Amaze Music Presents: very soon, and has donated three tracks for use within the My Directgov Campaign including Crazy Baby, Can't Take It Anymore, & Here We Go Again...
