Both myself and my colleagues had trouble with registration. Two of us registered in full only to receive a blank pass with no sessions listed. Unfortunately when we reapplied the sessions we were interested in were full. My other colleague had registered but not received a pass at all. Despite having a confimation email she was made to re register on the door. Unfortunately there was no facility for feedback on the day but hopefully they will not encounter the same problems next year. Other than that it was a very good day.
