How much does it cost?

Civil service Live is free for all UK civil servants of any grade.
Non civil servants please contact us.

Can I claim for my travel and subsistence?

Civil Service Live is free to attend for civil servants. Travel and subsistence will need to be claimed in the usual way following departmental guidelines, if you have any questions regarding expenses please contact your line manager.

I don’t have a work email address. How can I register?

The registration site uses unique email addresses as the username. If you wish to register delegates without external email addresses, please use the fax form or register using a personal email address (if you give us a personal email, this will only be used to contact you about CS Live and not for any other reason. Your email provider may treat email from civilservicelive.com as spam, so please check the spam filter regularly).
Alternatively, you can register with a dummy email address. You will obviously not receive a confirmation email, but if you keep a note of this dummy email and password used, you can access your details online at any time and also print out your Delegate Day Schedule.

I have completed my registration – does this mean I am allowed to attend?

Yes! Civil Service Live is open and free to attend for all UK civil servants. There is no screening based on your grade, department or job title. We want as many of you as possible to come and benefit from what the event has to offer.
We do not select delegates after they register so the email confirmation is the proof that we are expecting you to attend.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after completing your full registration, please get in touch with us.
