Zina Etheridge, formerly director of strategy at the now-defunct Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, has joined the Cabinet Office as executive director of civil service reform.
Etheridge took up the new post in June, after a spell as assistant chief executive at Barnet Council. Before joining DIUS in 2007, she spent three years in the Cabinet Office as head of reform and governance.
