Aid watchdog widens its view

The Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) will undertake a number of studies into cross-governmental working, as part of its work to scrutinise the use of UK aid budgets.
The ICAI has published a work plan for the next three years. It will evaluate management of the cross-departmental conflict pool run by the FCO, MOD and DfID in 2011-12, and later the climate change finance plan run by DfID, Defra and DECC.
