1) How can I leave/join a group?
Log in at http://network.civilservicelive.com
Enter your user name and password
Click on Groups button
Click on the Group you wish to leave
Click on the Leave Group button in the bottom right hand corner of the page
2) How can I stop these alerts?
Log in at http://network.civilservicelive.com
Enter your user name and password
Click on the My Page button
Click on the Settings button on the left hand side of the page under your profile picture space
Click on Group Notifications from the menu on the left hand side of the page
Deselect the relevant notifications from the Email column
Click on the SAVE button
3) I am subscribed to group X but am not receiving any alerts – how do I subscribe to these alerts?
Log in at http://network.civilservicelive.com
Enter your user name and password
Click on the My Page button
Click on the Settings button on the left hand side of the page under your profile picture space
Click on Group Notifications from the menu on the left hand side of the page
Select the relevant notifications from the Email column
Click on the SAVE button
4) I received 2 (or more) identical alerts – why is that?
Some content is relevant to more than one group. If this is the case you will receive a notification from each group as the information is uploaded
5) How can I delete my account?
Simply send an email to network@civilservicelive.com with your name and email address with DELETE in the subject line
6) I don’t remember my password
Click on the Forgotten Password button in the top right hand corner of the page and enter your user name and a new password will be sent to you.
