In February 2009 I established the 'Small & Creative Ideas' news blog which is designed to support, stimulate and celebrate the ideas that are making a difference to the public and third sector services. These 300+ ideas mostly come from frontline staff who just want to improve things. As such, it is an antidote to big reengineering / restructuring / reforming projects that often plague the public services costing us all lots of money.

A couple of weeks ago, the blog reached a small milestone in that more than 15,000 pages had been uploaded. To celebrate this I turned it into an e-book.
