“The intimidating size of the Sage Centre and the daunting prospect of having to speak in front of several hundred fellow civil servants is more than enough to fill anyone with dread but once inside, the event couldn’t have been more open and welcoming. In a packed programme of attention grabbing sessions, our group had two presentations to deliver which were interestingly entitled “Coaching for performance: Empowering the frontline”.
